Enjoy customized meals created with your preferences and dietary restrictions in mind. Hey HighCountry.... now you can take advantage of meal prep offers that were once only for our Triangle clients! We specialize in AIP Diet, Paleo, Keto, Hunter Gatherer, Low Fodmap, Alkaline, Low Mold Diets. 

All inclusive meal prep!Starting at  $300per session includes up to three meals with sides for your family. Minimum two sessions per week. We use all ant-inflammatory ingredients and specialize in hyper local and hyper seasonal menus. This not only adheres with our sustainability model of our company, but is how our founder Chef Chuck Hayworth has achieved his success with health and wellness by being an over two decade survivor of a very rare stomach cancer.
Chef Chuck has partnered with the AFPA in order to further  become certified in important nutritional coaching techniques such as Holistic Nutrition and Auto- Immune Nutrition to better serve meal clients. He should be fully certified in these topics by end of 2024 and start of 2025 to better serve his clients nutritional needs. In addition to writing his 2014 Amazon Best Selling The Chefs Recovery, he plans on authoring two new books with Nutritional Emphasis in 2025. For more details, follow the links to his social media. Host a memorable dinner party with exquisite dishes featuring local and regional ingredients. Seasonal Appalachian Dishes using local and regional ingredients. We source from Local Farms/ Farmers Markets , Coop Grocery Stores, and Earthfare stores to assure your amazing event is a total success from Planning with Chef Chuck to the last bite, we guarantee a memorable event.

Catering Packages include Customized Menus based on your guest's individual dietary needs, consultation through out the planning process to ensure a fully authentic local and regional experience, Cooking and executing of event on your date of choice, cleaning of kitchen and all equipment used. Service staff may be available for additional fees. Wine and beer pairings also available using local producers at additional fee. We can execute up to nine courses should you desire. Most caterings are for three to four courses.

Pricing Varies from Menu to Menu: Starting at $165 per person depending on Menu Selections Agreed Upon between Chef Chuck and Client and Number of Courses. A twenty percent service fee is added to your services. It is greatly appreciated, due to increase in fuel prices, as well as credit card processing fees.

We pay particular attention to our culinary heritage and design amazingly unforgettable experiences for you and your guests using local and regional ingredients with an emphasis on seasonal Appalachian Flavors. From Sautéed Rainbow Trout to Native American Fry Bread, To Brunswick Stew, and Apple Dumplings and Even Native American Fry Bread, Chef Chuck honors our Blue Ridge and Appalachian diverse culture in every dish he teaches you to cook. We proudly source our ingredients from in and around the High Country Region because that's what Chef Chucks family has done for generations dating back to their partnership in the community when they operated Mayview Manner in Blowing Rock.
