Terms of service

Welcome to The Resort Chef's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

2. Clients must inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance. We aim to ensure safe and tailored meals for everyone.

3. Payments are due one week before the scheduled service for catering events, end of weeks services for weekly meal prep.  We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

4. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee.

5. We strive for high-quality service. If there are any issues, please report them immediately so we can address them.

6. Clients are responsible for providing adequate kitchen facilities for service delivery.

7. All personal information will be handled confidentially and with respect for privacy.
